Updates the architecture documentation to the OpenStatSpec-maintained SPSS codec, locks
openstatspec/spss-sav3.0.3, removes inherited legacy package metadata from the lock file, and records 3.0.3 as the actively tested engine version.Local validation:
composer checkpassed with the CI-pinned OpenStatSpec specification fixtures (204 tests, 1551 assertions; 13 expected database skips), plus Composer validation, syntax, style, and PHPStan.
